You should never enter a phantom pair - their number shouldn't
appear on the players' list and there must be no results for
them.
If you have a half table and are using the ECats Scoring program
and one of the built in movements, please be sure to enter
the missing pair number when you set up the movement, then
it will not appear. If you are using another scoring program
then it should have the same facility. If you are entering
the pair numbers on each traveller, do not put the number of
the sitout pair in the players listing nor on the "travellers"
