| Preamble - please read this carefully before proceeding to download the Laws These draft laws are available, for information, to officers of Zones and NBOs who have a particular concern with laws matters. The texts are provided in confidence and, since it is not desired for the present to open the subject up more widely, it is courteously requested that other persons be not given access. Quoting the words of one member of the drafting committee: “The purpose for dissemination of the drafts is to obtain other sets of eyes to hopefully spot holes or incorrect references, but not to change philosophies.” The drafting committee intends to review wording and references, and to consider any instances drawn to attention of situations for which the drafts appear to provide no rectification. But it is not the intention that further discussion should re-open questions of principle and philosophy. It is the intention of the Drafting Committee to re-consider the drafts in the period from 1st April through to August 31st and settle them in their final form for submission to the WBF Executive in Shanghai. In the interim they must be looked upon as provisional texts and not relied upon as to their final content. Any comments on wording, references or deficiencies, should be sent by e-mail to Mr Grattan Endicott (click here to send email) no later than 31st March 2007.
